Advertising Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Montreal Seduction is an independent adult advertising directory. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings.

By submitting or maintaining a listing on Montreal Seduction, the advertiser agrees to the following rules.

1. Adults Only

All persons shown, described, represented, or advertised in a listing must be 18 years of age or older.

Advertisers must not submit content involving minors, persons represented as minors, or content that could reasonably create doubt about age.

Montreal Seduction may request proof of age or identity before approving or maintaining a listing.

2. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of their listing information
• the content and photos they submit
• the services they choose to advertise
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• obtaining permission to use submitted photos, names, trademarks, or other materials
• keeping their contact information and listing details current

Montreal Seduction does not verify every statement made by advertisers and does not guarantee that listing information is complete, accurate, or current.

3. Prohibited Content

Listings may be rejected, suspended, or removed if they include or promote:

• anyone under 18
• exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse
• non-consensual activity
• illegal content or illegal activity
• stolen or unauthorized photos
• impersonation or misleading identity claims
• threats, violence, harassment, or intimidation
• fraudulent or deceptive information
• spam or unrelated advertising
• malware, malicious links, or deceptive websites
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights

Montreal Seduction may also reject content that creates legal, security, reputational, or operational concerns for the directory.

4. Photos and Media

Advertisers must have the legal right to submit and publish every photo or media file used in their listing.

By submitting media, the advertiser confirms that:

• all depicted persons are adults
• the advertiser has permission to use the content
• the content does not violate the rights of another person
• the content is not stolen, misleading, or fraudulently altered to impersonate another person

Montreal Seduction may remove any media it considers inappropriate, misleading, unauthorized, or unsafe.

5. Listing Information

Listings should accurately represent the advertiser.

Information such as display name, location, contact details, availability, category, and profile description should not intentionally mislead visitors.

Advertisers must not use another person’s identity or falsely represent another business, agency, individual, or organization.

6. Direct Contact

Montreal Seduction is an advertising directory.

Visitors contact advertisers directly using information provided in the listing.

Montreal Seduction does not:

• arrange meetings
• negotiate services
• participate in communications between visitors and advertisers
• process transactions between visitors and advertisers
• act as an employer, agency, representative, or intermediary for advertisers

Any communication or arrangement is strictly between the visitor and the advertiser.

7. Listing Review

All submitted listings may be reviewed before publication.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Montreal Seduction may:

• request changes
• request additional information
• reject a listing
• suspend a listing
• remove a listing
• refuse renewal
• restrict or remove content

These actions may be taken when necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce site policies, or maintain the integrity of the directory.

8. Payment and Publication

Payment does not guarantee publication.

Listings remain subject to review and compliance with this Advertising Policy.

If a listing is rejected before publication, any payment issue will be handled according to the applicable agreement or communication with the advertiser.

Published listings may also be suspended or removed if they later violate site policies.

9. Standard, Featured and VIP Listings

Paid placement affects visibility within the directory.

Current advertising levels may include:

Standard — regular directory placement
Featured — increased visibility and priority placement
VIP — highest priority placement and visibility

Paid placement does not constitute endorsement, verification, certification, or approval of an advertiser’s services.

10. Verification

A “Verified” label, where used, only indicates that Montreal Seduction has completed whatever internal verification process applies at that time.

It should not be interpreted as:

• a guarantee
• a background check
• an endorsement
• a certification of services
• a guarantee of identity, conduct, safety, or legality

Visitors should always use their own judgment.

11. Expired and Inactive Listings

Listings may automatically become inactive when their advertising period expires.

Inactive listings may remain accessible temporarily for administrative, technical, or search-engine purposes, but contact functionality may be limited or removed.

Advertisers may renew according to the available advertising options.

12. Reporting a Listing

If you believe a listing:

• involves a minor
• uses stolen photos
• impersonates another person
• contains fraudulent information
• violates intellectual property rights
• promotes exploitation or illegal activity
• otherwise violates this policy

please report it through the site’s reporting or contact page.

Reports should include enough information for the listing to be identified and reviewed.

13. Removal Requests

Individuals who believe their image, identity, personal information, or copyrighted material is being used without authorization may request review and removal.

Montreal Seduction may ask for reasonable information to verify the request before taking action.

14. No Guarantee of Placement or Traffic

Montreal Seduction does not guarantee:

• a specific number of visitors
• inquiries
• calls
• messages
• clients
• revenue
• search-engine rankings
• specific placement beyond the features associated with the purchased listing type

Advertising results may vary.

15. Policy Enforcement

Montreal Seduction may interpret and enforce this policy at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Repeated violations may result in permanent refusal of future advertising.

16. Policy Changes

This Advertising Policy may be updated from time to time.

The version published on the website is the current version.

17. Contact

Questions, reports, or concerns regarding advertising content can be submitted through the Montreal Seduction contact or reporting page.
